This is just a quick post about something that’s been on my mind for a while. It’s sad that there are so many preconceived ideas about YA novels, ideas that show those who speak about them, very often haven’t read any. I’m writing for adults, children and Young Adults and in one of my writer’s […]

I’ve done a separate page on my blog, so people can leave comments and links, and I’ll try to link there to everyone too! Should be fun!
Yes, I think so.
I am really looking forward to reading your commentary on these books.

The are very different from those I have read so far.
I planned to participate but haven’t yet started my choice, so my entry will be later this month. Sorry.
No problem.
I will explore his poems, Caroline; the ones that you shared. And, if time permits, I will reread Siddhartha. Thank you. 🙂
Thanks for joining, Deepika.
the only Hesse I have read is the Tin Drum. It was hard going
The good news is – The Tin Drum is by Grass. Not a breezy book by any means but I liked it. You might get along better with Hesse.
Oops… I shall crawl back under the carpet now and come back out again when the red face has subsided
They do sound a little bit similar. 🙂
The writing is very different though.
While I was sleeping, the Hermann Hesse reading week arrived. I feel bad and I feel sad. I don’t know whether I will be able to participate, but I will look forward to reading your reviews. Happy reading!
Don’t feel bad. We can’t keep track of everything. Sometimes life gets in the way. 🙂
